Students learn from award-winning producers, writers, cinematographers and editors how to create their own 6-to-8 minute film around a local community issue they have discovered and explored. The films will be made available to a worldwide audience on a dedicated web site. Film topics will highlight the links among local, national and global issues — and they will ignite a search for solutions to these vital problems. Currently a multi-part series is being developed on the Bill of Rights.
